He was born on 1 February 1962 at Raduša, Tešanj. He was educated at Tešanj and at the Faculty of Economics in Sarajevo and became a graduate economist. By appointment for the Manager of the Service, he worked for the Ministry of Trade and Tourism and the Administration for Inspection of the Government in the Zenica-Doboj Canton on the affairs for inspection. Since 1998 he led the services for administration of the Municipality Tešanj for two terms.
He was appointed for the Service of Finance and Economics in the Municipality Tešanj on 3 December 2004. He took part in a number of the seminars for professional training in the economic profession.
He passed the professional exam on 11 April 2002.
